What types of payment are accepted?
Our website accepts orders using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, plus all Government credit cards. By phone, we can also accept Money Orders and Wire Transfers. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Is sales tax collected in my state?
Because we sell exclusively to licensed resellers/retailers, we do not collect sales tax

What discounts are available?
360 Furniture At Work discounts off the manufacturer's list price by up to 60%. For most products on this Web site, the greater the quantity of the item purchased, the deeper the discount. Discounts are also available on delivery charges, depending on where you want your shipment delivered. Call our representatives at 1.866.921.3449 for more information.

Where do you ship?
Currently we deliver to all 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia. Additional delivery charges will be applied on shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping destinations outside of the Continental U.S., we will contact you within 2 business days after you place your order to determine the best method of shipment and to finalize your delivery cost. Please call us at 866.921.3449 for information on these delivery rates or for assistance with shipping to an international address. We don't deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.

When will my order ship?
In-Stock Products ship within 48 hours. Any other products will ship according to dates agreed upon with your 360 Furniture At Work sales representative.

What is your warranty/guarantee policy?
Our warranty policy is posted on the site. If you have any questions about your warranty, please call us at 866.921.3449 for details. Guarantees do not apply to color matching. If there is a question, please request free color samples prior to placing your order.

What if something is wrong with the furniture (damaged/missing part)?
We carry quality brands and work to ensure that your new furniture is delivered in perfect condition. If you need service on furniture, contact us at 866.921.3449 or email us for service, product inquiries, billing inquiries, or product quotations.
